In my district we have incumbent Cliff Stearns (R) and Tim Cuhna (D). I used to hate Stearns for his voting record, but he voted no twice on the bailout. This gives me some hope for the guy. On the otherhand, Cuhna looks a lot better on paper.

Stearns: http://www.cliffstearns.net/

Suggestions? These are the only two choices as far as I know.

Thanks in advance,

Zeke

Well, Cuhna blames the economic crisis on 'deregulation'. There's a clue. From a run through the issues, he is a typical socialist.

Stearns looks good on a lot of issues but is way out to lunch on the WOT.

If I were in your district, I'd probably abstain.

Check out tis rating scorecard for congress. This is the scorecard that RP is the only one to get a 100% rating. Stearns gets a 72 rating which is quite a bit above average. This might not match your beliefs but it might help you make a decision.
