In states with open primaries / caucuses we should be targeting people turning out for Obama's events. On july 4 Obama was here in DM and he drew a 1200 or so crowd in a public park. I passed out about 200 slim jims "Candidate of real change" people took them and only one person gave it back to me. Fellow member Bryan was in the front row and said he didn't see any slim jim on the ground as he left. So there was an impact. I find people going to see Obama are really interested in politics, Hillary people are celebratory sight seers.

This would be awesome. Make a sign that says 'Obama wants a timetable, Ron Paul wants them home now'. Maybe it could convince some people going to give to Paul, too.
