“They were also charged with burglary in the second degree and theft by unlawful taking for allegedly entering a fraternity house on campus and removing items without permission that were related to the incident. Neither men are members of the fraternity, which officials refused to name.”
All I can say is it is Halloween people and even if it were not, if we can burn flags legally, then effigies are just free speech, too.
