What products? They do not list the source of ingredients in things. You could just avoid all food items. I know of no reports of the contaminated milk or its products being found in the US other than the infant formula from September- which WAS pulled from US shelves.

No baby formula approved for use in the USA is manufactured in China, the FDA says. "We want to reassure the public that there's no contamination in the domestic supply of infant formula," says Janice Oliver, deputy of operations at the FDA's Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition.

In addition, no U.S. manufacturers or marketers of infant formula receive ingredients from China. "We contacted all of them," Oliver says.

OK. I will bump it one more time. Thats it though.
I ain't no cook or candy maker and both of my younguns are to old to Trick or Treat this year and I'm grateful for that,
however this melamine thing still concerns me so I come up with an idea.

Let them Trick or Treat like they usually do, but...Gather all the goodies into one LOOT BAG and do away with any of the treats that you feel could be melamine corrupted.

Halloween is on Friday this year Mom, so try your hand at making some treats at home,
if you have the time,
to make up for the Losses in the LOOT BAG.
Throw that Chinese crap away or eat it yourself.
Don't risk your younguns getting deathly ill.

This threat is no joke guys and gals. The FDA is not taking care of business. Its up to us to watch out for ourselves from now on.
