Dear friend,
Have you been called yet?
I talked to my wife, Jessie, this morning telling her about our new Campaign
Outreach Tool we just launched on the Lawson for Congress site.
She said she would check it out, but I didn't for a moment think she'd be one to do
much calling. In fact, she's generally pretty shy when it comes to talking to a
stranger - let alone ask for their money.
An hour later I checked in on the stats, to see that she has logged 60 calls and
brought in 4 donations.
I was absolutely thrilled.
This is how the liberty message succeeds - just regular folks talking to one another.
I called her back earlier this afternoon and thanked her for her efforts, very surprised
to hear - she even had some fun with it.
Sure, she got a few 'no thank yous' and left a few messages, but she also had some
great conversations with real people who care about this country, about liberty, and
are actually excited to hear someone doing something about it.
Please take some time out of your evening tonight or tomorrow to help us with our
outreach program by dialing for volunteers and funds to keep our fight going strong
here in North Carolina.
It's 7:30 here on the East Coast... That's a solid hour and a half to get more hands
on deck here in NC.
My wife has pledged to make 100 calls a day until Nov. 4th. Will you join her?
Thank you again for all of your support, and if you get a call from Jessica Avila with
the Lawson for Congress Campaign, tell her that you appreciate her hard work!
Have fun out there.
