This is our last chance to make an impact before the election and we need your help. We need 1000 people to donate $20 to cover all the costs from the Presidential Debate October 29th and this debate November 2nd. If you can donate more please do but help us get the word out!

Vice-Presidential Debate to Take Place on Sunday, November 2nd

Christina M. Tobin, President of Free and Equal Elections, announced this afternoon that Libertarian Party vice-presidential candidate, Wayne Allyn Root, Constitution Party vice-presidential candidate, Darrell Castle, and Independent Ralph Nader running mate, Matt Gonzalez, have formally agreed to a three-way vice-presidential debate to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada this Sunday November 2, 2008.

Further details will be announced Thursday, October 30, 2008. In addition to the confirmed participants, an open invitation is extended to the remaining three presidential tickets that appear on enough ballots to acquire 270 Electoral votes. Free and Equal looks forward to the remaining campaigns' response.

That's great news- I didn't even know they were trying to organize a 3rd party debate. I donated $20 to FreeAndEqual.org and encourage everyone else to do so. I watched the 3rd party Presidential debate but was disappointed that Bob Barr was unable to attend, but I am pleased to see this time the Libertarian Party will be there to represent. Go Wayne Allyn Root!
