Judge Emmet Sullivan did not set a date for sentencing, but said it would be after February.

So we have to wait till February to see how long his jail sentence is. ;)

Right now it's more important that he doesn't get re-elected.

Hmmm, must have been a colleague that charged him, since us peons don't have any business sticking our nose in our rulers' business.

Due to it's a U.S. government OFFICIAL, Ted Stevens will be sentenced to 5 years probation, which will be suspended, if Ted Stevens remains under "HOME MANSION ARREST" for 30 days, with only one bottle od OPUS wine per day, one tin of caviar per week, and fined $10,000 which he can use the Wealth TAX LOOPHOLE, Congress themselves passed to writeoff the FINE.

Another GOVERNMENT sponsored "Judicial Justice Ruling" aka JOKE!

It'd be nice if a libertarian replaced him in Congress instead of Mark Begich.
