this looks to me like a corporate front for the global poverty act tax, which is a .7% tax to the GDP of the US on the backs of our poor to pay for vulture fund debt payments for third world nations who didn't even realize they were in debt in the first place.

Don't you think those impoverished people in third world countries knew what they were getting into when their leaders took tens or hundreds of millions of dollars in bribe money and pushed billions of dollars of debt onto their citizens which they used to build and facilitate global corporate activity ??

It's totally their fault they are still poor.
