Who would go?

Variety says division heads will decide how to reduce their spending. But Zucker's memo suggested several ways, including staffing reductions and cutbacks in budgets for travel, entertainment and promotions.

Maybe they can get rid of their " Hollywood" stage productions, and invest monies into investigative journalism.

I liked it better when Walter Cronkite looked down the barrel, and gave me the news.

Fuck the 36-24-36 trivial pursuit, and the giggling interrupted by station breaks...

 $500 million is exactly the target budget cut Sanford is proposing for our entire state of SC!!! He called our state legis. back to make the cuts. He told them since they created the mess they would have to come back and solve the problems without pay. :D

As far as NBC goes, I think I would start by telling the anchors/hosts/reporter that they will have to start doing their own damn make-up :p

quick, we'd better hurry up and put together a $1 billion bailout for NBC. We don't want the damn governments propaganda machine going down!

Perhaps they'll go out of the entertainment business.
