Could someone debunk Hannity's points?

It was his oversimplification of history that RP was annoyed with. After RP said that, he started going into how we kicked the inspectors out in '98 and started bombing them, but he didn't get that far into it. The point is we had been bombing Iraq off and on for years and keeping a close eye on them, so it makes no sense that they were ever a threat...just an oil rich nation we were harassing and hell bent on taking over.
