I was on the chat room tonight talking to a few people and then I thought, how much easier would it be to talk to my fellow patriots with my voice. If you don't know, one of my hobbies is PC gaming, and I use a voice program called teamspeak to communicate with my team, so I thought, why don't we have a teamspeak server for RPF so that we can talk with each other instead of typing.

The cost for a 100 person teamspeak server (Up to 100 people can talk to eachother at once over the internet) is $25 a month. The software is completely safe and I would be able to take care of and maintain the server. Also, I would also be able to make a tutorial so everyone could get set up. All I would need is the $25 a month to cover the cost of the server. And the only thing we would need is a microphone for your computer and speakers for your computer.

I'd LOVE to see a Vent. server - would chip in for one of those, TS and I never got along.

Ah - that said I'd be down for a TS room, having a resident expert would probably be a good idea - I like vent, but am by no means an expert at it.

They're really easy to learn. I set up a server a while ago using the free software (max of 10).

I am just going to do teamspeak for now through myinternetservices.com while I become more comfortable to vent. Next month I will have a ventrilo server if we all really dont like teamspeak.

Paltalk is a free voice chat program...you can create your own room..and everyone can go in and talk to one another with mic. I do it all the time. there's no need to spend a penny.
