They were talking about how Obama was going to cut taxes. They said Obama would cut taxes by making the states start paying for services? They also said Obama would kill government programs and reduce others. Have the fed stop funding public programs and make the states pay for it.

And wouldnt making the states pay for it just skyrocket property, sales, and state income taxes?

No truth to it. There is no feasible way with the economic recession that we are in to be able to cut taxes. And since hes a democrat you can count on "fair" tax increases on everyone, because it the "patriotic thing to do."
