If that's the case I see it as a problem. Since he's so vocal on liberties I find odd he would miss such an important vote.
Anyone else have an idea?

ooops.. I thought you were asking why he voted "no".. but I see he didn't vote. Tancredo didn't vote either. Maybe out campaigning, or maybe he was making a statement.
