1. the federal reserve. So far I've gotten my education in economics from Ron Paul. I need to do some research for my own sake but Paul is very convincing when he talks about eliminating the federal reserve.
2. health care. He's already established himself as the anti-war candidate, which still deserves to be hammered every now and then in a speech, but many people are concerned with the cost of health care. I don't expect a president to single handily lower the cost of health care, but I think the Dr needs to diagnose the problem and offer some method to correct it.
3. national defense. For some reason some people tell me Ron appears weak on national defense. I tell them not committing tens of thousands of troops in another country helps national defense in itself, not to mention the money we'd save which could be spent elsewhere - namely national defense.
4. pursuing Bin Laden and Al Qaeda. Letters of marquee and reprisal need more in-depth analysis by Paul. Many people will, and some of my friends have, passed this tactic off as silly and out-of-date.
anyway, the doctor kicked ass last night. cheers.
