All governments are public corporations, it is therefore not necessary to watch or read any of the things posted.

Depends on the form of government. In our system, the United States Federal government is theoretically owned by the states. The states are, in turn, theoretically owned by the people. In monarchies, the reigning monarch is the theoretical owner. In communism, the proletariat theoretically owns the government. In fascism, the theoretical owner is either the legislative body that is fascistic, or the dictator (sometimes both). Basically, look for where sovereignty lies, and that is who the theoretical owner is.
