Yes. As others have said, they seem to be skipping a step or two. Things are moving at an accelerated pace.

An international central bank is pretty much the worst idea I've ever heard and will be the final death blow to capitalism. Yet this seems to be exactly what we will get with the U.S as a key player in such a setup. I do not want to participate in an economy ruled, managed and manipulated by an international central bank.

But I am afraid there is no stopping it.
