I heard him say it last night; I wanted to know what he said before that, so I recorded it for the next time it would appear (I haven't gotten around to watching it yet).
Either way, I'd like to hear where his source is....that said, I do know the UK+Germany want a "Global financial regulator" to keep bank disasters and such from ever happening again.

I would say the UN News Centre. It's more accurate as well to say that Gordon Brown is pushing for this "new financial order".
British leader issues call at UN for new financial order to end market turmoil (http://www.un.org/apps/news/story.asp?NewsID=28300&Cr=general+assembly&Cr1=debate) Sep 27, 2008
Gordon Brown: time to end the age of financial 'irresponsibility' (http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/politics/article4833111.ece)
This couldn't be more sinister if it tried.

If this happens, this is where its gonna get bloody.
Alex Jones commented today on Beck. I agree.
(excerpt) It is nothing short of stupendous a neocon of Beck’s stripe would be allowed to talk like this on a tightly controlled and meticulously orchestrated venue owned by the very multinational corporations calling for globalization.
Or is it? Is it possible CNN is simply familiarizing us with the concept, using Beck’s feigned alarm to get our attention? Glenn Beck, the faux libertarian who calls for the speech of others to be curtailed, cannot be trusted, even if what he says is absolutely true — the New World Order indeed exists, even as Beck’s corporate media colleagues declare that people who talk about it are cranks and a conspiracy nut cases. The New World Order wants to do everything — and more, much more — that Beck mentions in his supposed rant.

Is it possible that they hired him as a the CNN neocon, but he gradually woke up?
Once CNN realized that he knew about the NWO and might bring it up on air, they could have deemed it too late to fire him without some other excuse because it would be blatantly obvious that they were trying to cover something up.
Didn't someone point out that many of the people that were involved in the NWO didn't realize what the true intentions of it were?

I think Beck is too nice to fire. He is always smiling and happy, even when he is pissed. It is much easier to fire a Michael Savage then a Glenn Beck. Plus I heard his show is one of the more popular on Headline news and it has been growing viewers... that makes it a little tougher too. He'll probably be around for a while.
Could you fire beck with his cute puffy face and a big fat smile.

it's the 2nd most popular with like 350,000 average viewers
for comparison, Countdown with Keith Olbermann averages about 1,700,000 to 2 mil and Bill O Reilys averages in the 3 mil to 3.5 mil
