Really I would not know. It only has eight pages of readable material and the graphs are so FUN.

The picture of Bernanke's helicopter dropping bundles of money is noteworthy also. :)

When the money supply is increasing faster then the rate of growth in the economy, the chances of deflation are next to zero.

The crisis that is being created right now is hyper inflation.

I am not advocating a policy here, just passing a long something I ran across.

Check out the helicopter near the last pages. :)

hyperinflation leads to deflation. you can't do it any other way unless you find some kind of credit card that runs an exponential freakin algorythm to update your currency value in real time. obviously the way it has to be done is to peg the hyperinflated currency to something real after to ground it, which will cause rapid and fast deflation. thats the point of the whole deal.

in fact, if hyperinflation got so bad that currency had no real trust, people would be able to trade a can of soup for medical care, because cans of soup would be worth a ton again. so whether currency is introduced or not, hyperinflationary loss of trust is effectively a form of deflation.

He's praising this 'strategy' that Bernanke wrote:

http://www.bis.org/review/r021126d.pdf?noframes=1

It's crap because Bernanke is stating that deflation is caused by low interest rates when inflation is actually caused by low interest rates.
