What was with Fred's head in the commercial

It looked like he was having a seizure. Although it is obviously a commercial, the head moving made him seem incredibly rehearsed and insincere. I wouldn't have expected all that jerkyness from an actor.

His head is like some weird mix between a barking dog and a bobble head... very strange.

If you can watch the whole thing in one sitting, you're better than I am. I had to stop it after about a minute.
