Most of the people are wrong all of the time. History shows us this. In fact, the first list above shows us this. If you look at these responses, none address the problem as it actually is; they address opinions about the problem, and thoughts about dogma, but are not pragmatic responses. "It shouldn't be this way" is the most useless statement in the world.
