Warren Buffet put down a negotiated $5 billion investment that the bailout would pass:

He knowingly used money from innocent taxpayers, who clearly did not want their money stolen to pay off rich investors, to make a profit for himself. He then did his best to promote the bailout as a good thing for Americans, calling it a "rescue plan":

This guy is scum and deserves to pay. We can't vote him out like the rest of these corrupt politicians, but he should suffer.
