A high profile lawsuit is needed against the bailout. Of course its unconstitutional, and it was even passed unconstutionally. I expect it will/would be eventually overturned, but not before some of it has taken affect.

That isn't the primary purpose. The immediate purpose is to continue to organize against the bailout, point out all things wrong with it, including the incrediable amount of pork - of all things in a national emergency, so called and as we've been told!

The primary reason is to keep it in the spot light as the public has a chance to cry against it. Elections are only a month away, and things will be worse by then. A good high profile lawsuit can do wonders for these politicians losing their seats.

Bump. We need to start a list of organizations that might start a case like this, and then write in and encourage them to do it. Who should we add to that list?

Check The We the People Foundation's website (http://www.wtp.org) - Mr. Schulz has done just that recently.
