I find it interesting that one of the main themes of john McCains campaign is that he will get rid of pork barrel projects, and make the people famous who try to get them passed. Yet he just voted for a bill that has $150 billion in pork projects, more than he has every voted for in his entire career. Its interesting that no one is bringing this up in the media. this just goes to show how much these candidates will lie to get into office. Its shameful.

agreed, but at least obama never said he would eliminate pork projects, just cross out unneeded pork. So he at least saved face in this situation.

i dislike and despise both of them equally though.
