They asked me if i would like to walk door to door with them surveying in the area. I asked the guy if i had to wear McCain stuff and he said it would be very helpful. I told him I would rather light myself on fire than to wear something of his. He said "oh gosh...i hate to hear that." It was a cheap laugh for me and i needed it after i saw the news regarding this bailout plan.

So those bastards are going to be in my town tomorrow and I hope they knock on my door. I have a couple extra pocket Constitutions for them. Ill sit outside with them all day long going over it with them. At least they wont be infesting others with their garbage.

Good. But I would have given him more details as to why. Something like "I can't support anyone who supports socialism and this bailout is socialism" would be good.

sort of unrelated...

I got a post card from mcsane yesterday (via the Ohio RNC) - asking me to register to vote in OHIO!

Now I havent lived in OHIO for almost 4 years, and they actually mailed it to my address in TEXAS! I know its entirely possible to be going to college out of state or something and still vote in a home state, but given my age, this is entirely stupid

Im thinking of mailing it back to them and asking if they need their eyes checked.
