I am not sure who wins this...nor am I sure who I even WANT to win it!

Barney Frank won it hands-down.

Bill O'Reilly immediately went crazy on him, without giving him a single chance to say a thing.

Frank thinks that Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac + government regulation is a good thing. I completely disagree with that. But.....although I agree with O'Reilly (in a very, VERY general sense), I think he understands less (MUCH MUCH MUCH less) than Frank about this issue.

Barney Frank thinks that the government should have more power, but he thinks that the Federal Reserve should have much less power (last that I checked, anyway...I don't think he's changed much from that...).

I still disagree with a lot of what Frank says, but O'Reilly didn't treat him with any respect. Besides, saying the right thing with the wrong justification is still wrong.

Did Barney Frank run gay mossad prostitute spies from his apartment in 1990?

Quote:
Reprimand
In 1990, the House voted to reprimand Frank when it was revealed that Steve Gobie, a male escort whom Frank had befriended after hiring him through a personal advertisement, claimed to have conducted an escort service from Frank's apartment when he was not at home. Frank had dismissed Gobie earlier that year and reported the incident to the House Ethics Committee after learning of Gobie's activities. After an investigation, the House Ethics Committee found no evidence that Frank had known of or been involved in the alleged illegal activity.[2] Regarding Gobie's more scandalous claims the report by the Ethics Committee concluded, "In numerous instances where an assertion made by Mr. Gobie (either publicly or during his Committee deposition) was investigated for accuracy, the assertion was contradicted by third-party sworn testimony or other evidence of Mr. Gobie himself."[3]

Huh? The issue here is how Frank encouraged less oversight of Fanny and Freddy, when Republicans in congress were shouting stop. This video should get you up to speed.
