Make no mistake, those who have designed this bill are intentionally delegating dictatorial powers to an un-elected individual, the Secretary of the Treasury, who will be in a position to arbitrarily set public policy affecting the value of our homes, college funds, retirement accounts [pension funds], and life savings. Public policy, under our representative system of government is to be set by our elected Representatives and Senators, and not un-elected individuals who would exercise extraordinary powers under this bill and may be totally unaccountable to the American people!

The gang on Capitol Hill behind this bill are attempting to establish the very type of unaccountable power now exercised by the Federal Reserve Board, a private banking cartel, which regulates the value of our money even though our Constitution commands that Congress, our elected Representatives and Senators were delegated this power by the people.

Those behind this bill have even went so far as to create a CONGRESSIONAL OVERSIGHT PANEL, the members of which may likewise be un-elected by the People of the United States.

In sweet and simple language, those behind this bill are attempting to establish an iron fisted and unaccountable control over almost every aspect of our economic affairs which is totally divorced from the Republican Form of Government which our Constitution guarantees by Article 4, Section 4, of our federal Constitution.

Every member of the Senate who votes in favor of this bill ought to be viewed as a domestic enemy of our constitutionally limited Republican Form of Government!

Why is our establishment media not mentioning the Senate Bill is intentionally designed to subjugate our representative form of government?

History records that the money changers have used every form of abuse, intrigue, deceit, and violent means possible to maintain their control over governments by controlling money and its issuance.______ James Madison
