Senate to vote on rescue plan Wednesday (They are calling it rescue instead of bailout because it sounds better)

http://www.breakthematrix.com/Government/SENATE-IS-HIDING-THE-BAILOUT-IN-ANOTHER-BILL

The bill adds new provisions - including raising the FDIC insurance cap from $100,000 to $250,000 - and will be attached to an existing revenue bill that the House also rejected Monday, according to several Democratic leadership aides.

The vote is scheduled for after sundown, in observance of the Jewish holiday.

It will pass and here is why: only 1/3 of the senate is up for re-election this time, any that are in any danger of losing will vote against the bill.

The ones that feel sure of re-election, or that are not up for re-election this time around will support the bill.

Focus on keeping your reps honest in the house, yes still call your senators, but we really need to keep our reps voting these things down.

I heard there a atleast 6 other versions of the bailout bill. It's going to just keep coming back until it gets passed. Likely in secret. I'm not stressing about it anymore. From what I'm hearing the decisions have already been made a revolution is coming.

If it passes in the Senate, will this override the House's ruling?

nah, they will just have to vote again. Its a repeat of the amnesty bill situation... they try and try to pass the same thing over and over again. They never freaking learn.

Frankly if any of my senators / representatives vote for this they are not welcome to come back to their district.

Easier to bribe 60 Senators than it is 220 Representatives!

That Jackal, Chris Dodd... should be pitched forked by the people...

Who's up for RE-ELECTION?

Who's up for receiving more money from the BANKS/FINANCIAL coffers?

FACTS:

One-third of the 100 Senate seats are up for election every two years; on 4 November 2008, voters will select 34 Senators (one special election). These senators will serve a six-year term from 3 January 2009 until 2 January 2015.

Going into this election, the Democrats are at an advantage because most of the seats (22) are held by Republicans. Thus, they have fewer seats (12) to defend.

Eight of the 33 are first-term Senators; only one of these is a Democrat. One, Sen. Frank R. Lautenberg (D-NJ) was re-elected in 2002 after retiring in 2000.

SENATORS announced retirement:

senator bennet is a filthy pig, he is on msnbc shilling for this, saying the calls are shifting "for" for bailout. What a filthy little man. He said that small business no longer will be able to make payroll because the credit has frozen, so now people are calling them for the bailout. What a piece of shit
