Got the NC Republican committee's "Urgent" snailmail soliciting donations to defeat Obama. They supposedly immediately need $22,000 in the next 15 days.

A word to the wise- the envelope they send you is pre-paid, no postage necessary. It just so happens that Ron Paul slimjims fit inside perfectly. Load up those envelopes folks.

This envelope is mostly white and says "PRIORITY ALERT" in orange lettering inside a purple box.

well... I got a photo of McCain and Pelosi in one of those beg letters.. I haven't decided what to do with it quite yet, but I can assure you it's not going in a frame.

It's a shame really. All they had to do was nominate a candidate who would promise to reform our monetary system, work to reduce the size of the federal government significantly (ending earmarks doesn't cut it), and get our troops home to secure our country... if they had done that I'd be supporting them this year.

One interesting thing - I haven't gotten anything from Dole or McCrory.
