Well one of the idiots is already quitting. Darlene Hooley is a long time democrat space cadet that has a record of being one of the biggest idiots around here, and believe me that's no small endeavor.
The other one from Oregon that voted for this socialist treason is Greg Walden, and we've talked since his backstabbing.

Well, I dont think ALL these people are necessarily enemies of America.. Some could just be good meaning uninformed people.. I will still vote against my rep as he voted for the bailout:

Frank Pallone (D) District 6. New Jersey

However along with Pelosi and Reid, we do have a Senator here who is an enemy to his country. He is Senator Bob Menendez.
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/f/f2/Robert_Menendez,_official_Senate_photo.jpg
Senator Robert Menendez (D) New Jersey. Everytime I call his office, his staffers do nothing but lie. They always intentionally mislead. Lou Dobbs mentioned him last Thursday as Senator Menendez was calling for 500,000 more illegals to enter the country... He is all for amnesty, but I dont even think hes smart enough to be a globalist, hes just a wannabe globalist.

If we listed all the NY homers who called for hundreds of billions in public welfare for wall street, it would look like a 20 most unwanted list suitable for posting w/rewards offered, around the country. The margin would be close to double if the homers were told they had to abstain due to conflict of interest.
Anyhow, the MN unwanted:

First a comical note from GovTrack when I click the map to zoom in on districts:

GovTrack.us Is Temporarily Unavailable

Sept 29, 2008: So many people are searching for the economic relief bill that GovTrack can't handle it. Neither can the House of Representative's own website, for that matter. Take a break and come back later when the world cools off! :D

GovTrack.us is currently having some down time. Either the website is undergoing maintenance, or the site was shut down because of an error or high load.

Maybe we should start a "GOOD GUYS" thread for photos of those who voted NO!

------

Curious to see WHY Mica voted No, a google turned up this article at the NBC affiliate in Orlando: Pretty good article:

Local Leaders Vote No On Bailout

ORLANDO, Fla. - The majority of Central Florida's lawmakers voted no on the financial bailout package that was defeated on Monday in the U.S. House. Most believe something needs to be done to save the nation's financial health, but there are questions about who should share the burden and how much should taxpayers be on the hook.

Video: Local Leaders Vote No On Bailouthttp://www.wesh.com/video/17592521/index.html

[that's a 2-minute video w/commercial preceding]

Sen. Bill Nelson, D-Fla., will speak on that very issue on Wednesday in the Senate. He said calls have flooded his office. More than 2,000 calls were received against the $700 billion plan and 15,000 e-mails were opposed to the bailout or the rescue.

Nelson said he wants a rescue investment plan instead of a bailout of the investment bankers.

Local Republicans in the House all believed the bill on the table was too much money on the backs of taxpayers who can afford it the least.

"Secretary Paulson asked us to spend $700 billion in six days. That's more money than we've spent in Iraq in six years," Congressman Rick Keller, R-Fla., said.

"Citizens didn't want to be left holding the bag, financing the bag for Wall Street and others who made speculative investments," Congressman John Mica, R-Fla., said.

"$8,000 for every man woman and child. I think debt, over spending, easy credit has created the problem," Congressman Tom Feeney, R-Fla., said.

Democrat Corrine Brown voted for the bill, saying, in part, if nothing's done, "millions of American families will likely be forced into foreclosure."

Nelson agrees that whatever plan passes, it has to benefit homeowners -- not greedy investors.

"Tired of seeing the taxpayer American fleeced," Nelson said.

Nelson does believe something needs to pass, but it has to be a plan where the government gets paid back and corporate executives who run failed businesses are punished.

He said execs walking away unemployed -- yet rich -- is a slap in the face to others left without.

--------------------------

Good for Nelson, even if he's a DEM! Wonder how Senator Mel Martinez (R) is going to stack up to Nelson's sentiments?

----------------------------

Hope this wasn't TMI!

PS: Sorry for humongous Corrine Brown photo. Wasn't my intention.

In reference to Rosa DeLauro:

I hear ya. I was gonna post a picture of Herman Munster and see how they compare, but then I thought, eh, "that might be someone's mother"—albeit, someone's bail-out supporting, unconstitutional-traitor mother.

Still though, her eyes make Barr's moustache look like someone you could trust to feed your dog while you're on vacation.

ARE you kidding me? You looked right through the charade that happened today?
These peope don't represent the AMERICAN people, the U.S. CONSTITUTION, and LIBERTY. Those people ran a massive PROGANDA campaign for all avenues and added BS PORK to the POISON PILL of theft on American Taxpayers to give them a VOTERS approval to vote yes. The WHOLE THING WAS A CHARADE. THESE SENATORS commited TREASON and there's MILLIONS of Americans with an awful lot of axiety

They represent themselves and their DYNASTIES and Corporate WEALTH MASTERS....

Please read this:

The message of the day is that our existence is to be purposed for the service of tyranny. That our rule of law must once again be denied to feed corruption and grant amnesty to the despicable by purchasing theft. This act of violence against man will usher in a new age, where nothing is sacred and restitution is dispensed by bleeding the common man not only of their treasure, but of their right to represent their own freedom.

But do not be so mistaken as to believe that this attempt to shift public wealth to cover the debts of oligarchical theft is a solo endeavor. It is more than this! It is the proclamation that the freeman is nothing more than the notion of freedom, that the tyrant, whether in whimsy or convenience, will assert his legitimacy by exercising a denial of the unalienable rights of man. And to this tyranny, whose very existence is endowed by the denial of the rule of law, man is rendered ineffectual and forever subservient to oligarchy. It is demonstrated that, no matter what freedom man believes he has, that the tyrant may do as he pleases without repercussion. Law and justice is no longer universal and a bailout will purchase the notion that some men are simply more valuable than others.

What is at stake here is not a revolution to assert our free will, but to revolt against the total freedom of authoritarian collectivism which operates unchecked. Liberty exists in the sovereign man, only by his denial that the power of government is unlimited. The authoritarian Federal government wants to limit our choice, to them, merely making a proclamation is democratic and asserting their will via monologue is nothing more than a convenience to which we should be utterly grateful. Choice as presented does exist and our President King has made this very clear: either we accept that rational crime is the prescription for the disease of irrational crime, or know via implication of their authority that we are condemned to our fate. Of course this is the assertion of the authoritarian! The shear presence of such limited evil options would nurture in some the reaction of nihilism; that indifference and power without limit is eternal law and at the end of any perception is that the position of the Federal government is the only paradigm for moral choice. Amnesty for illegals was trumpeted in much the same way, denying reason for false truth and battering common sense with hypocrisy.

Amid their Marxist adventure to destroy history, our Federal “protectorates” would be wise to take counsel in it, if even for a second. For here they will find that the American individual-absolute denies their notions of choice. The American Patriot transcends their idea of authoritarian assertion by not simply rebelling against tyranny, but revolting against the world in which it exists. To accept their demands would simply justify their contextualization of the world and confirm what they believe to be true: liberty and freedom are the tragic notions of those not privy to the luxury of the oligarchy. But to allow the bailout of the oligarchy with the treasure of the public will bury any hope that the notion of freedom will ever come to fruition as Liberty in the sovereign man. The American revolutionary will be relegated to eternal subjugation by having allowed the indomitable fire of Liberty to be extinguished, via the purchase of amnesty for corruption in their name. It could then be said that anything can be done to man, as long as it is at least a rational crime.

To act against this obscene injustice is an act of confirming that the individual exists and cannot be imprisoned by the unlimited power of authoritarian collectivism. A true act of revolutionary patriotism is to take direct action, not indulging the fury of unlimited nihilism, but to bravely confront tyranny armed with the notion of limits and the restoration of the Constitution. To allow this grand injustice, this taxation without representation, is to consent to murder! We will be condemned to live in reaction to the whims of an out of control authoritarian monster of unlimited power, we will have confirmed its right to exist by sacrificing our rights as individuals. We will have stopped the revolution of our ancestors by killing ourselves on the altar of their needs. Fight back, there is no other choice. Do not be discouraged by the illiterate, the narcissistic media or the RINO. Let the torries sing praise of our Federal monster on high, for in my mind and in the minds of other Sons of Liberty, their chorus will soon become a funeral choir for a long precession of tyrants destroyed by free men.

Join or die!

http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3028/2908058072_0ec7b37013_o.jpg

And my email to him...

Senator Martinez –

Can you explain this to me?

From the 2008 Republican political platform passed at the national GOP convention –

"We do not support government bailouts of private institutions. Government interference in the markets exacerbates problems in the marketplace and causes the free market to take longer to correct itself."

How does your vote on the Wall Street bailout square with the Republican Party platform?

Can you please tell me which of the other party platform planks you are willing to disregard so that I might have a clearer understanding as to why it is exactly that I should vote for you again?

I find your vote on this matter utterly reprehensible. You have no constitutional authority to meddle in the markets, and as far as I'm concerned, you have some explaining to do.

You represent the people of Florida and the citizens of this country.

We didn't elect you so that you could go to Washington and play nice with Wall Street bankers.

We are over 10 trillion dollars in debt and you decide to spend another $700 billion dollars that we don't have? You are not an investment banker sir and this isn't a loan. You are a Senator and you swore an oath to uphold the Constitution.

Please don't lecture me about credit crunches and making payroll.

I am not stupid so don't insult me.

You cannot possibly justify the delegation of power from the U.S. Congress to the U.S. Treasury, which this bill grants.

This is outrageous. Even Senator Nelson had better sense to vote against this atrocity.

LibertasPraesidium
10-02-2008, 01:22 PM
I wanted to explain why I am in opposition to the Bailout the Senate passed yesterday.

First off, why is it necessary to include provisions for mental health in a bill meant to stabilize the economy.

Second, wouldn't cutting spending and decreasing our budget back to levels 10 or 20 years ago help better.

Third, if this was many smaller businesses that were failing and not just large corporations they would receive very little if any attention of this scale. The idea that a corporation is too large to fail is inherently reprehensible. What exactly caused them to get too large, and too, this bailout or rescue or stabilization measure promotes businesses to do exactly what the corporations are doing to cause the problems with the economy.
Knowing the government will not fail to come to their rescue when they have problems of their own doing.

What happened to personal responsibility.

While I understand the economic crisis better than some, I wonder why exactly it is necessary to tell the American people not two or three months ago that everything is fine and then all of a sudden at the end of the fiscal year, prop a bill up for an excessive addition to the federal budget that is suppose to help people climb out of this crisis.

Now I ask myself what I would propose to solve the problem; and that is simply to identify the cause and remove it. Mal investment and irresponsible business practice associated with credit companies caused this, and yet congress has nothing more to add then to do the same as always by asking the american people to stomach more spending that will help MAYBE help alleviate the crisis but isn't 100%.

That is unacceptable and incomprehensible and I urge you to take a bit more time in reading the bill this time and vote against it for the people of this country that the bill doesn't help.

It will not help to lower the prices of food, or housing, it will not help to lower the price of gas, and it will definitively not help anyone in the lower income class to get a job.

Now I understand that you may have voted for it earlier despite giving Treasury Secretary, almost unopposed power to help the nation get through this; but he was the CEO for one of the largest companies that failed. Who in their right mind would trust in someone that authorized the business practices that caused this problem.

This will only help to raise inflation and cause more problems for the majority of the American public. Please do not vote for this bill.

Once a Commie always a Commie! I sent him an email and expressed my dismay that he supports Socialism over Capitalism. My wife and I voted for the bum once but never again.

Makes me sick knowing I live in a state controlled by socialists. At least my rep, Scott Garrett is a true American patriot who stood against this bullshit.

Every Congressman and Senator who votes for the bailout should get his or her own web site! Like this one: http://davidpricebailout.blogspot.com/

Just to keep reminding folks, you know.

Blogger blogs are free and easy to set up. Nothing fancy. Keep It Simple. Just use it to keep hammering away at 'em!

C'mon, it's E-Z and fun!

Good idea, but shouldn't there be a huge photo of the guy's mug shot right at the top? I'm thinking visuals are worth a 1,000 words...

As much as I agree with the general idea of this thread, this is not exactly mature behavior and our enemies will quickly label us as "terrorist" by writing such things no matter how accurate they may be.

Naaaa, I haven't read anything here that was too off handed.

When I first saw this thread the other day, I had an opposite reaction... I thought, Fantastic, What a Great PUBLIC SERVICE to show their photos, names, office addy's if available, etc. for the world to see.

But to each his own.

EXCELLENT letter! And I'm glad you put his MUG up there, too, as I was going to do that tonight.

LOVED this part...

Ol' Mel... wasn't his the childhood story of growing up/struggles in Cuba, only to come here and be successful, etc.? And wasn't/isn't he part of the "Rat Pack" -- a friend of the Bush gang, etc.?

I'm not a Dem but I'm now in love with Senator Bill Nelson (D-FL) who gave the bill the Thumbs Down -- and also Representative John Mica (R-FL) who voted "NO" BOTH TIMES this week.

GOOD GUYS:

JOHN MICA - R-FL - Central FLA - GOOD GUY - VOTED NO on Monday 9/29 and Friday 10/3/08

BILL NELSON - Senator - D-FL - GOOD GUY - VOTED NO on Wed. 10/1/08
