This shouldn't be moved, because Ron Paul endorsed him: Chuck Baldwin has ballot access problems. So, is he requesting to be part of a write-in campaign in states he is not on the ballot?

RP did not endorse him, he only stated his support of him. And that was only to spite Bob Barr.

Ok I was buying the first part as fact but the second part of your statement is just silly. Why not go to Bob's forums if Dr. Paul is so spiteful

Come on, we all know that was an endorcement.

And burning Barr was the smartest thing he could do.

You are all mistaken. Dr. Paul endorsed all third party candidates, that was the point of his press conference. He simply stated that he will personally be supporting Baldwin. And since I do not believe Dr. Paul is aligned with the CP platform (as only a theocrat would be), I am thus led to believe that Dr. Paul voiced his support of Baldwin only because of his falling out with Barr.

This is how I feel too. I still don't know who I'm voting for in November. I might write in Baldwin or I might vote Barr.

this is what i meant. I am voting Baldwin, but would like to know if the write-in vote will count.

Well, if you're concerned with obeying Dr. Paul's wishes, then (assuming the write-in will count for nothing, as most do) it would make most sense to vote for Barr, as he would be the only remaining third party candidate that doesn't want socialized medicine.

right, Dr Paul wants us to vote for the clown that betrayed him. If a candidate is actively seeking write-in votes they count. lynnf's post clarified that.
