And since I do not believe Dr. Paul is aligned with the CP platform (as only a theocrat would be), I am thus led to believe that Dr. Paul voiced his support of Baldwin only because of his falling out with Barr.

Well, if you're concerned with obeying Dr. Paul's wishes, then (assuming the write-in will count for nothing, as most do) it would make most sense to vote for Barr, as he would be the only remaining third party candidate that doesn't want socialized medicine.
