In this article, they say if McCain doesn't show they'll open the debates up like a town hall meeting and allow the audience to ask questions.

If we can't get them to put a few more podiums on the stage for "third parties", how about we get third party candidates in the seats to participate via asking "questions"??

I agree, not sure if they'll allow it though. I remember that Ralph Nader wasn't even allowed into the audience of one of the debates in 2000, even though he had a ticket and everything.

This is going to be complete crap whether or not McCain shows. They'll just turn it into a prime time event for Obama if the coward stays away.
