So WHY would I be posting a personal "travelogue" to the Ron Paul Forums? There is one thing the well-traveled individual will tell you: Connect with the people, and you will see their country. Connect with the leaders, and you will see their postcards.
If you want to preach foreign policy to me, you better know the region you're talking about. Whether it's Latin America, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia, you'd better have spent some time there to know what you're talking about, otherwise you're dictating foreign policy based on a few postcards.
