There are some things ALL of us can do. First of all, register to vote if you haven't already. Download and print up copies of your state's voter registration forms and keep them with you (in order to hound friends, family, co-workers, passers-by in the streets...).

Since some have raised a concern about the election process, it couldn't hurt to contact your local board of elections to offer to work the polls on election day.

Attend debates:

If there is a debate near you, contact the sponsors to get a seat (for you and as many else as you can).

Flushing project:
For those who haven't worked campaigns, this means identifying Ron Paul supporters and where they vote (this would be public information). On election day, make sure all of the Ron Paul supporters make it to the polls. Offer them rides, etc., if necessary. These projects take some time and organization to get into place. Starting early gives us a big boost.

If Ron Paul supporters are eligible for absentee ballots or otherwise voting by mail, offer to help them request forms, etc., necessary to do so. Follow up and offer to help them make sure their vote gets postmarked in time. Forbes won the Arizona primary race against McCain in 2000 by having a superior early voter machine.

If you already have supporters lined up to work as election officials, volunteer to work the polls handing out Ron Paul literature at the polling stations.
