I can't recall his exact phrase but HE MOST CERTAINLY USED THE WORD ACQUIESCE in relation to how americans would react to the bailout. I believe he suggested that the NEW term be "recapitalization."

Use of the word ACQUIESCE is why I flipped totally out and lost it so bad.
