1. Immediately recall all foreign aid from all nations, including Israel and Africa.
2. Announce to the American people that they have 120 days to get off of government welfare if they do not have a physical handicapped which realistically prevents them from working and if they are under the age of 50. All welfare cases will be investigated after the 120 days and all those who do not realistically require assistance will have it removed indefinately.
3. Annouce that all illegal aliens, no matter how long you have lived here, have 30 days to leave the country or face immediate deportation and life in prison if they return or are caught after the 30 days.
4. Start a one year plan to remove the IRS and tie the U.S. dollar to gold.
5. Immediately legalize all drilling in all areas with states rights only to refuse oil industries. Tie new revenues of drilling to incentives for creating and developing new sources of energy.
6. Abolish the Department of Homeland Security.
7. Immediately start a return of all overseas combat troops from all areas of the world within a 60 day time table.
8. Immediately impliment privitization of Social Security and let it flow into the markets on a voluntary basis to provide capital to the markets.
9. Abolish the Community Reinvestment Act.
10. Abolish the Department of Education and tell states they are on their own indefinately.
