The current crisis is not unprecedented. Have you heard of the Great Depression? This has happened before. We know what government intervention does - it extends the pain the people will experience. It is akin to asking for a little more gasoline to put out a fire. After all, gas is wet right? Wet things put out fires, right? But what many do not realize is that a crash is the beginning of a recovery. The more you do to delay the crash the longer and more severe will be the downturn.

What is most outrageous is that Henry Paulsen is lying his way into STEALING $1 Trillion dollars (at a minimum) from the American public. The Treasury department doesn't have a dime, so, it will take $1 Trillion from the public and give it to one man - Paulsen. Why isn't every man woman and child above the age of 6 screaming bloody murder? This is the greatest theft of our time and most of our rulers are thrilled to go along with it. Stop with the tender footing around the issue. Never in our lives have we seen such an abuse, an absolute criminal act being perpetrated against the public.

One trillion dollars - how much money is that? You would have to spend one million dollars EVERY SINGLE DAY for two thousand, seven hundred and thirty some odd years. Henry Paulsen is asking for the entire bank accounts of every single person in the country. He will then take what he wants out of your account whenever he wants until you are empty.
Seriously. And they are worried that there might be trouble if they DON'T steal this much money from the public?

And what are we going to do when this bill goes up 5 or ten fold? Remember, the war in Iraq was promised to cost no more than one billion dollars. So far, all counted, it is up to nearly one thousand times that number. Again, that is your money.

FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE PEOPLE, CALL YOUR CONGRESSMAN. DEMAND THAT THEY STOP THIS INSANITY. THOSE FAILING ENTITIES ARE WAY TO LARGE TO SAVE. THEY ARE SINKING SHIPS AND THEY WILL TAKE DOWN THE ENTIRE PUBLIC WITH THEM.

You have one chance. If you do nothing now, forget your kids paying for this, expect to see starvation on the streets in less than a year. WE, the people, do not have that much money to be stolen! We will become insolvent. Completely. They did this in Germany and the people stayed silent. Learn from history. The information is there, it is not a mystery.

SCREAM NOW. You ignored us while this was happening. You ignored us when we begged you to stop. If you ignore us now, you will see a totally bankrupt country. You won't be able to work, eat, have water, have a place to live.

Yes. A trillion dollar theft. What are we going to do about it? Ready to commit "agorism" (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showpost.php?p=1652039&postcount=1) yet?

We could try and reform the state - a process that may or may not work - AND we could take matters into our own hands today.

It's going to be a lot more than a TRILLION dollar bailout.

The Savings abd Loan Crisis, COngress said it needed $50 Billion to baikout the S&Ls. It's still debated today, but the cost is bwteen $236 - $300= Billion.

They tagg more and more on future bills and use the ecuse, WE ARE ALREADY COMMITTED.

NOT A DIME

If they really wanted to bailout, why not bailout the DEPOSITORS via the FDIC. this way, the people themselves get the money, not the upside down pyramid scheme, of the Financial Institutions , which have many indirects to foreign entities.

Money to the people not banks and their associated CRONIES!

What could be done to challenge these buyouts through the court systems?
