IS 800-Ron-Paul the official number?

I tried calling 1-800-ron-paul and it said "nobody is picking up that line, please try again later"... is this an 800 number that works only during business hours..? I can understand that else "competitors" will be setting up dialing mechanisms to for charges.....

BUT, is this truly the official phone number to put on literature?
