Scientists studying voters in the US say our political views may be an integral part of our physical makeup.

Their research, published in the journal Science, indicates that people who are sensitive to fear or threat are likely to support a right wing agenda.

Those who perceived less danger in a series of images and sounds were more inclined to support liberal policies.

Well, that's obvious.

Right wingers worry about themselves and their families like the ought to, since they feel responsible for them and themselves.

Lefties irrationally believe that the government will always swoop in and save the day.

We're all DOOOOOMED, but only in the mind 'cause gubermint will save us if we can only get the right masters elected.

Right. It's not working so well is it?

Next time, try Liberty.

If the young are not liberal they have no heart. When older, if they are not conservative they have no brain. Older still, if they are not liberatarian, they just haven't done their homework nor paid enough attention.<IMHO> :)
