I'm watching it now.

Glenn started in right out of the gate hammering it all.

Schiff says giant recession, with rising prices, printing money is pure inflation....you're gonna love this.

WOW! Schiff hit that out of the park! I don't think i've seen a better interview that will get it across to the American public than that.

Let's hope Dr. Paul can do the same.

I think Ron Paul is going to be on later. That is what it sounded like at the beginning of the show.

Damn. Just missed it. Have to catch it on youtube.
Schiff was on our local radio program this morning. He did a fantastic job and also gave a shout-out to RP for being the only politician who understands this mess.

btw - The ticker at the bottom was just "Fed works with several world central banks to pump $247 Billion into the U.S. economy to stabilize it."

As if that were a good thing

I'm really starting to like Beck.

He is fun to listen sometimes. A couple things piss me off about him though. First, when he talks about foreign policy. Second, he is starting to turn into the National Enquirer. He goes on and on and on about the negative ads towards Palin and McCain. Who really gives a crap? Get to the issues no some stupid commercial. UGGGGG. It gets really annoying.

While you're waiting for the Glenn Back video,
here's a video of Don Harrold interviewing Peter Schiff (Sept. 18, 2008)

Watched the Schiff interview, it was good.

That said, I have no respect for Beck because of the "mayor of crazytown" shit he pulled on Ron/us.

I'll watch the rest of this show to see Ron.

Beck can go to the devil.

What do you guys think about Peter Schiff being a leader of the movement in the future? He has some pretty impressive credentials:

I'm really starting to like Beck.

He gives RP a fair shake more than most. But dammit, it drives me nuts to hear Beck complain about the out of control spending and the damage to the economy then follow it up with a commentary on why the War on Terror and wars and empire are necessary. As if there is no connection between the costs of the empire and the eroding economy. Beck wants to have his cake and eat it too.

I agree. He has not yet come around on the War on Terra.

I've been watching somewhat regularly for a while now. I just turn to something else when he rants about the war. I think though he has figured out that even if he was right about the war (which he isn't) that our economic problems are far more serious.

Surprisingly, he is usually *nicer* to Ron Paul than he was today. He usually makes a passing comment like "we don't agree on everything," but this time he spoke of it more and tossed out the 'fringe' word.

Pretty strong praise here:

Beck has made a major transformation in accepting the principles of the Constitution and Ron Paul. Just watch some of the shit he used to spew a matter of months ago. I saw we cut the dude some slack, he is one of the best ways to penetrate the MSM and thus the majority of American zombies still sleeping...

Can't have people start to question whether McCain is the right choice for the GOP, so the media has to remind viewers that even though RP has more economic knowledge in his pinky finger than McCain's entire brain, he's still a fringe guy and not a serious candidate. No dissent allowed!

I love that last Peter comment. After Glenn asks if we have any candidate running who understands these issues Peter says:

"Ron Paul unfortunately he is not running. May be we can all write his name in." and the segment cuts off.

Nice PLUG Peter!!!
