Good one. An awful lot of them have the same answer, but I see the method in that madness and you did a very good job of mixing them in. Quite effective.

No.

No. It doesn't even grant them the authority to interpret it. They assumed this for themselves at the beginning of Madison's first term in Marbury vs Madison.

It's doesn't.

Congress, President, Supreme Court.

Yes, 30.

Impeachment, which is initiated by a majority vote of the House then the trial is officiated by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court with the Senate being the jury using a 2/3 majority vote deciding the outcome.

VP is President of the Senate and casts tie breaking vote.

Sad. I can never remember that. All I know is all of them after the 10th are either dumb or redundant. The 13th one might be the only one useful, though redundant.

Well the worst ones are the 14th, the 16th and the 17th.
