NO OFFENSE meant but how does this correlate to votes?

He has managed to get within striking range of a long time incumbent Democrat and is a Ron Paul Republican.

Getting this on the front page will help his name recognition and potential donor base. David Price is a Neocon, so Lawson has a shot of getting donations from anti-war voters in general.

I'm glad you have adopted a much more fruitful vote getting strategy: arguing on a message board.

happy to help indeed!

votes and arguments on message boards ALWAYS turn into votes, odds are you realize this or you would not be on this forum either...

Perhaps, but you are preaching to the quire here go do some real work at a forum that isn't agreeable with our political views. You are all wasting time here.

there's a good interpretation of the numbers in the thread above. They included a greater percentage of Dems in the poll and fewer Repubs and Independents, per population in the district.

This means that the incumbent, Price, isn't getting the Dem vote like he should be and that BJ is winning over those votes. He just needs more and he will need a big bump at the end, right before the elections.

SOMETHING is happening in North Carolina. The sheep are waking up.

I was at a meeting last night for Precinct Chairmen in Charlotte. The turnout was incredible. The GOP leaders were absolutely giddy. They have some new polling numbers saying that Republican voters are more energized than ever about Palin being on the ticket.

Also, the governor's race (WTVD - Raleigh) has Pat McCrory, the Republican at 49%, Bev Perdue, the Socialist, at 41%, and MIKE MUNGER, the Libertarian at 5%! Undecided is 5%. Not only is this great, because ANY Republican winning helps put an end to a hundred-plus years of Democrat corruption in Raleigh, BUT a Libertarian candidate showing up in the polls is very impressive.

Three weeks ago, I thought this was going to be an awful election year for the GOP, RPRs, and other conservatives. However, that Palin pick has energized the "old right", the economic crisis has energized the anti-government wing of the GOP (will help the RPRs running), and more people are seeing Obama and the socialists for the scum they are.

that is not too bad considering, Price is vulnerable if he's around 50%

Dugg. This was my first Digg ever. Just made an account finally. The thing just seemed tedious before. It is still, but I was bored.
