Yeah it is real. The kid looks like he is pointing at someone's food and asking them if they are going to eat that. That is probably how he got so big. He would eat all the food his skinny friends didn't want to eat plus his own.

I knew a kid that big and see kids that big a lot. I live in a very fat area of the country, there are at least 5 McDonald's within a 5 minute drive from my house in any direction, not to mention every single other fast food restaurant you could think of. No one walks and there is no public transportation. When I go to the parks mountain bike/hiking trails I am most of the time the only one on them.

Does anyone know why some pictures can't be linked to directly using the "insert image" tool on this forum?

Sometimes it works for me and then other times it doesn't.

Do some web pages have some sort of a block to keep other sites from direct-linking to the image?

This image shows up on my post when I visit the original page first , but not when I reload the forum page. It must be located in my Cache somehow:

123tim, yes some sites block your ability to link to them. On some computers, the computer's own software blocks such activities, too. The public access computers at your library likely have them, if you ever want to experience this.

And, of course, other things are sensitive to the size. An image with too many pixels, for example, will completely defeat the avatar feature of this forum.
