Just order it through a place like apmex and then just give the winners a certificate that WHEN it gets shipped they will get it...

Better to order from SOMEWHERE now instead of waiting around.

You can put an ad in craigslist in your local area

Check your local coin and pawn shops that deal with silver

Ok, just from my experience, they're not as available as 10oz or 1oz bullion I've seen at my coin shops or eBay. More power to anybody who can get 'em.
