Good, Cheap Cell Phone company?

I need a new cell phone company. One that is the least intrusive on my rights.

I need at least 600 mins per month and 400 text messages per month.

29.99 would be fine for that and I'd pay the 4.99 for the text messages. If there is a deal like this or one better that is out there, LET ME KNOW!

I won't use anything owned by at&t.

So if you can point me to a deal or even an online deal please let me know asap.
