In Ct. it is relatively easy to become an "official" write-in candidate for president and I've talked to a couple of people about doing it. So now I need to round up some electors and get them on board.
Here are the rules for Ct.

Really easy.
If any other states are that easy and would like me to be an official candidate - please contact me. I'd be more than happy to oblige. :D

Why a waste of time? Who else are you going to vote for? Chuck Baldwin? He's not even on the ballot. Bob Barr?
I'm offering the option for Ron Paul republicans to vote for someone who shares their beliefs and if a high enough percentage is reached (through people just asking other people to vote for me) then perhaps we can get some media attention.

Or, you can waste your vote and vote for someone who isn't even close to you ideologically

well if you dont want to vote for barr, you might as well write in chuck baldwin because he's already an official write in

if barr wasnt on the ballot or baldwin wasnt registered as a write-in, id probably campaign for you though =p

Why are you always so negative? Let the guy do what he wants.

Good for him getting of his ass and trying to do something positive

Chuck Baldwin is a good guy but to theocracy minded for my tastes (as is the constitution party).
Perhaps you'd consider reconsidering?

If you fill out the paperwork (really easy) and get it into the Secretary of state on time, your vote is registered and legal.

if i had to pick between two liberty supporters, id pick the one that would get more votes

since when has disagreement meant being negative? hey look, he's running against your candidate. are you going to get mad at him too now?

the point is that we all want freedom. dont call me a pessimist because i say some ideas wont result in that. im not being a pessimist, im thinking about the usefulness of things

Frank Moore isn't this guy. Frank Moore is a crazed "performance artist" turned joke Presidential candidate.

You don't think so? I think his support of DOMA plus his religious teachings leave no room in his platform for gays. Of course, if not for DOMA he would say that it is up to the states - which is why he supported DOMA. No worries - it's the only thing about Ron Paul that I disagree with him on. Disdain could be too harsh a term though. Not sure what really applies though.
