Seems like a huge step in the constitutional direction, to me: http://www.times-standard.com/ci_10461558?source=most_viewed

very nice!
it is certainly helpful, after all, this could all be overturned by the courts based on the 9th and 10th amendments..

Can you cultivate in California?
Yes and No...... :D
"Cultivation of any amount of marijuana is a felony under Health and Safety Code 11358 (http://www.canorml.org/laws/hsc11358.html). People who grow for personal use are eligible for diversion under Penal Code 1000 (http://www.canorml.org/laws/pc1000.html) so long as there is no evidence of intent to sell. There are no fixed plant number limits to personal use cultivation."

This one's going to the Supreme Court if the legal bills break Big Pharma in the process. Not that Big Pharma can't afford lawyers--after all, they seem to be able to afford over half the lawyers in Congress...
