I was reading Mark Cuban's blog (http://www.blogmaverick.com) and he talked about the 2008 Election. Here's what he had to say:

"Don't tell me what you are going to add, tell me what you are going to remove. Tell me how you are going to simplify the government. That's how you get my vote."

I think we all know the PERFECT candidate that fits his criteria. So please comment on his blog and email him mark.cuban@dallasmavs.com about why Ron Paul is the right choice for Mark Cuban.

Below is my email to him. Thanks!

Hey Mark,

I read your blog about politics and wanted to let you know the candidate that fits YOUR criteria:

1) "tell me what you are going to remove"
2) "Tell me how you are going to simplify the government"

Two words: Ron Paul

He wants to remove the IRS, DOE, FEMA, DHS, NAFTA, WTO and all these useless organizations that do nothing but spend mucho dinero. (He said this on the Colbert Report: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ErBROBgERs)
He wants to limit big government and restore the Constitution and sovereignty of the American people.

How?

He voted against the Iraq War in 2002 unlike the rest of them and he is the only Rep. candidate that wants to end the Iraq War and bring our troops home. He's one of the only few candidates that's willing to complete the fencing of our borders to stop illegal immigration (we're over there fighting terrorism but the borders are wide open...hmm)

And guess what? He's the only candidate that voted against regulating the Internet. Now that should catch your attention.
He also placed 1st in five different state straw polls and finished 3rd here in Texas. He won 2 MSNBC Debate Polls and placed 2nd in FOX's debate poll: Good stuff!

Thank you very much for reading this. By the way, I think Stern should be hacked because he's muy estúpido. :)

Mark Cuban is the man. I'm from San Antonio so I was kinda pissed off when he talked trash about the Riverwalk, but later I found out he was trying to incite interest in the rivalry of SA and Mavs. People don't see the Spurs and Mavs the same way they see Boston and the Yanks. He was trying to push it more in that direction. He failed, but I understood his personality and realized that it was all in good-natured fun.

An endorsement from Mark Cuban would make things *Reallllllyy* interesting ......

Did he shut the comments off? I love the fact that it didn't turn into a vehement left versus right rhetoric show. With the exception of two or three "I do not like Ron Paul" type posts, there was only one suggestion.

If his next entry is "No, not Ron Paul," I'll be crushed.

Yeah, looks like he disabled comments. Unfortunately the last one posted is a negative one. That person simply doesn't understand that the constitution requires certain things to be decided on a local instead of national level.

Not that this is going to happen...

but I find it amazing, when you hear people talking, they talk about wanting less government, less taxes, more freedom, want to get out of Iraq, etc. And they only WISH a candidate was about that.

But when you mention Ron Paul to them, it's like "yeah I want all this stuff, but I don't support Ron Paul", it just blows the mind.

By the way, I'm from San Antonio, what part are you from?! I used to go to W.W. White Elementary school

I saw the blog last night but didn't have anything to add. That last comment is what made me want to post :(

I think this guy is producing loose change. He seems very unique, but maybe a little unpredictable.

I love Mark Cuban. He seems like a regular guy who had some good ideas, made a gazillion dollars, and then, simply because he was a huge Mavericks fan, he bought his team. He is just about everything America is supposed to be.

His newest post addresses "Loose Change," but what really made me laugh was this:

I got this question from Mr OReilly's producers

From: "Watters, Jesse" <Jesse.Watters@FOXNEWS.COM>
To: <Mark.Cuban@dallasmavs.com>
Cc: <mark@hd.net>
Date: Tue, 4 Sep 2007 13:14:55 -0400
Subject: o'reilly factor request

I can't believe he posted that Fox guy's email address! I guess we now know how Fox structures it's email addresses.

Plus all of us in the grassroots, it would be a done deal. Though this might really scare the establishment and it's anyone's guess what could happen.
