It's time for me to find a new candidate. Most likely I am going to back the CP party. Who can go wrong with the Constitution? If anyone has any suggestions who they are going to support and why I would love to hear it.

Please take the below information into consideration when making your decision if you haven't already. Thanks for your time!

The 3rd Party candidates...

We Agree (From the CFL site) http://www.campaignforliberty.com/blog/?p=484

The Republican/Democrat duopoly has, for far too long, ignored the most important issues facing our nation. However, alternate candidates Chuck Baldwin, Cynthia McKinney, and Ralph Nader agree with Ron Paul on four key principles central to the health of our nation. These principles should be key in the considerations of every voter this November and in every election.

We Agree

Foreign Policy: The Iraq War must end as quickly as possible with removal of all our soldiers from the region. We must initiate the return of our soldiers from around the world, including Korea, Japan, Europe and the entire Middle East. We must cease the war propaganda, threats of a blockade and plans for attacks on Iran, nor should we re-ignite the cold war with Russia over Georgia. We must be willing to talk to all countries and offer friendship and trade and travel to all who are willing. We must take off the table the threat of a nuclear first strike against all nations.

Privacy: We must protect the privacy and civil liberties of all persons under US jurisdiction. We must repeal or radically change the Patriot Act, the Military Commissions Act, and the FISA legislation. We must reject the notion and practice of torture, eliminations of habeas corpus, secret tribunals, and secret prisons. We must deny immunity for corporations that spy willingly on the people for the benefit of the government. We must reject the unitary presidency, the illegal use of signing statements and excessive use of executive orders.

The National Debt: We believe that there should be no increase in the national debt. The burden of debt placed on the next generation is unjust and already threatening our economy and the value of our dollar. We must pay our bills as we go along and not unfairly place this burden on a future generation.

The Federal Reserve: We seek a thorough investigation, evaluation and audit of the Federal Reserve System and its cozy relationships with the banking, corporate, and other financial institutions. The arbitrary power to create money and credit out of thin air behind closed doors for the benefit of commercial interests must be ended. There should be no taxpayer bailouts of corporations and no corporate subsidies. Corporations should be aggressively prosecuted for their crimes and frauds.

Here is my latest video in support of finding a 3rd party candidate. Thanks to Aimee Allen for letting me use her song for the video.

My vote is going to Chuck Baldwin and so is my money on September 20th

Ron Paul said himself that Chuck Baldwin is very very close to my voews and Chuck Baldwin worked very hard on my Presidential campaign. Chuck endorsed Ron Paul and also said he wouls not run against him. If Ron Paul would have won the nomination Chuck Baldwin would have stepped down and campaigned for him again.

Chuck Baldwin was the only one who was actively campaigning for Ron Paul, he was badass during the primaries.

I was planning to vote for the Libertarian Party, not necessarily Bob Barr, but then he blew it with his press conference bullshit. Now I am voting for Chuck Baldwin, not necessarily the Constitution Party.

Basically, I have problems with every third party option, but as long as I'm not voting for the duopoly, then I'm satisfied.

Voting Nadar, but kicking some bucks Pastor Baldwins way as well.I like them both.

When i lived in Oregon,i used to work with the Greenies to get Nadar on our ballot.
I cant even begin to describe the countless ways the Demofrauds used dirty tricks to keep him off.

Baldwin.

STRATEGY:

My take on the Paul 3rd party thing and how it's worked out thus far.

We keep a Republican in Congress (Paul) to honestly keep us updated about the shenanigans, a vocal opponent against ALL forms of government control, and a diehard pro-ponent of third party choice for REAL change and LIBERTY. Paul gets to keep his word about NOT running 3rd party and keeps a platform for the message of Liberty.

Baldwin & The Constitution Party attack up the middle A CONSTITUTIONAL middle, not a socialist middle democrats and republicans offer.

And I would say ANY Constitutionally minded 3rd party in other state/fed offices.

The odds for this time around for PUSA? Not good, four years from now? Way better. Battles for Liberty may be lost, but the war cannot. The 3rd party showing must be strong now.

Why Baldwin up the middle and not Barr? Well there is from what I can tell dissatisfaction in the LP with the choice of Barr, I myself have some issues with voting for a guy who voted for the Patriot Act, and gave up his responsibility to the Executive Power to declare "war", sorry but votes is votes.

While the Libertarian and Constituion Party platforms may not agree, I think the base members of those parties can reach an agreement, hey I'm willing!

I'll be voting Baldwin for PUSA, what can I do to help my Libertarian friends in other races? Ask it of me, please.

Come on! Lets GO! GO! GO!

Thanks, Bunkloco

Bump and a "conscience pricker" for Christian relatives/friends, this stops 'em dead in their tracks, tried it on a gun forum.:)

"When people — especially Christian people — start doing their duty and standing for truth and principle, whether it is considered politically incorrect, or unpopular, or "naïve," or anything else; then, and only then, will God give us the results that will bring healing and restoration of our land."

Exactly and that lets me know he is a true patriot and true to the cause of liberty.
