Chuck Baldwin made this claim, not that I don't believe him, on a radio show in my home state, South Carolina (Here is the Youtube Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kU6ySId-Yr8) and I cannot seem to find the speech he mentioned on the white house website..........May it isn't there, maybe I'm not doing it right, I don't. But can you all help me, I prefer it to be from a government related site, as from anywhere else makes it is easier for my neo-conservative friends to write it off as fake.

Thanks

Not sure if this the speech you want or not. I didn't have time to read all the way through them. It looks like the government doesn't want anyone to read this speech anymore for some reason.

From the Whitehouse website. I guess Shrub was still pretending there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq back then.

The regime of Saddam Hussein cultivated ties to terror while it built weapons of mass destruction. It used those weapons in acts of mass murder, and refused to account for them when confronted by the world. The Security Council was right to be alarmed. The Security Council was right to demand that Iraq destroy its illegal weapons and prove that it had done so. The Security Council was right to vow serious consequences if Iraq refused to comply. And because there were consequences, because a coalition of nations acted to defend the peace, and the credibility of the United Nations, Iraq is free, and today we are joined by representatives of a liberated country.

Renee I appreciate the help, but from the way it looks that is not it......If Im going by what Chuck Baldwin said, he means GWB explicitly implied that the War in Iraq was started to secure the legitimacy of the UN.
