Similarities between Nader and Paul:
*Both would end the War in Iraq.
*Both would repeal the Patriot Act.
*Both would repeal the North American Free Trade Agreement.
*Both would end United States Membership in the World Trade Organization.
*Both would cut defense spending.
*Both would decriminalize Marijuana.
*Both would end overseas spending towards Israel.
*Both would support a new investigation into 9/11.
*Both would end corporate welfare through current tax cuts for the wealthy.
*Both would end government subsidies for large corporate farms.
*Both would work to get the United States energy independent.
*Both would support legalizing Hemp as an alternative energy.
*Both would support an investigation into the Federal Reserve system.
*Both would support repealing of the Military Commissions Act and end torture.
*Both would support ending ballot access obstructionism by the Republicans and Democrats.
*Both would support open presidential debates.
*Both do not support the draft.
*Both support a full withdrawal of troops from Afganistan.
*Both do not support a foreign policy of empire.
*Both support closing overseas bases and bringing all the troops home.
I have created this thread for two reasons:
I have been seeing posts from members of this forum stating that Ron and Ralph are polar opposites and agree on nothing. This apparently is not true.
Please add more to this list, I know I must have missed a few.
Second I wanted members of this forum list issues that they are not in agreement on.
Lets end the divisive talk based on innaccurate information about Ron and Ralph.:):):):):):):):)
